Only a few hours after Monday’s bomb attacks in the U.S. state of Massachusetts, Google was ready with online help for both families and victims.

It is clear that the IT giant Google wants to be on the spot when it happens, and help in their own way.
It weren’t many hours after the bomb blasts in Massachusetts’ capital city Boston before employees of Google headquarters in California’s Silicon Valley had a brand new web application up and running.
The application called Google Person Finder: Boston Marathon Explosions and has the solo purpose of helping relatives to find out if their family members and friends in Boston after the attacks. By taking advantage of their many options for tracking Google try to put people in contact with each other.
