I wonder if the PR directors of the world sit around lamenting the old times where they had time to develop a well thought out corporate response to major criticism!  Those days are gone and the example that the article, Corporate Reputation in the era of Web 2.0:  the case of Primark by Brian Jones in the Journal of Marketing Management, is a great example of that fact.  This was a great article because it discussed a real example and then evaluated it, noting what was affective.   I agree with a lot of what this article discussed.  I am the social media specialist for a library and I deal with reputation management regularly.  It is key to have a process in place when you come across a post that is concerning.  The Primark example is interesting because they choose to deal with the criticism regarding their ethics on the…
